ABOUT BACK 2 BASICS

Our concept of fitness goes beyond just getting people to look better. Its really about FEELING better. Vanity only goes so far. To accomplish this I have 3 goals to help you get there. Make it fun, make you accountable and make it BASIC. I am a firm believer that a network of supporters is what helps you on your journey. It’s about body, mind and soul. For the past 6 years, I have built my business on this foundation. The people that walk into my class are warmly welcomed and right away they are attached to a wide circle of support.  People from all walks of life come together for one goal. To get fit and to get healthy.. And yes, of course. To fit into a smaller dress size. Lol… The added bonus is that you find yourself surrounded by a new family of sorts. I myself am here to answer any fitness questions you may have, to lend an ear if you are in despair and of course to kick your well rounded tush all the way to the finish line.
 

We have numerous events every year held by amazing instructors around the area. I am here to work with them to help our community grow strong and healthy. In this newsletter, I will be keeping you up to date with all of these happenings as well as fun little tidbits of helpful nutritional information  and what you can do to improve the quality of your everyday life. In the next few years I hope to get bigger and better by offering more programs, products and support. I am counting on all of you for feedback and to help new comers feel warm and safe in our fitness family.

Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tones the spirit just as exercise conditions the body. Whether you do that by playing a sport, going to fitness classes, or one on one training; finding your “happy place” can make a world of difference. Join a gym that treats you like family and truly cares about your over-all health. 

 

Come Pound out your anger in a 45min or 60min cardio jam session. Leave all your worries at the door and let the music take over. From your head to your toe you will feel the burn and love every second of it.
