Total Body Sweat (TBS) Classes: Done with a Barbell, dumbells and step. This dynamic class is meant for all fitness levels and helps to get woman doing weight baring activities that improve our strength and endurance to carry on with our ever growing daily activities with more energy and ease! A little less coordination involved but the music is fun and the class is effective and I guarantee after your first free class, you'll be hooked!
